Delivery Timeframes

Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days

shipping to the united kingdom usually takes 3-5 working days but can take up to 14 working days

shipping to Europe normally takes 7-10 working days but can take up to 20 working days

shipping to USA, Canada or Australia normally takes 10-14 working days but can take up to 30

Lost orders

If an order is lost by the shipping company please let me know and we can discuss sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Damaged orders

If an order is damaged upon receipt of pictures of the damaged parts i will replace these parts.

If there is an error, such as a piece missing or damage, please contact me and i can send out replacement parts immediately
